Technology Monkey Ltd (Company No. 17026102) is an IT, AI and compliance consultancy and software development company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is in Essex, UK. When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Technology Monkey Ltd. We are the controller for the personal data described here.
What data we collect
When you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third party tracking scripts, and does not load fonts or other resources from third party services.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this purpose.
How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries and, where applicable, to provide the services you have engaged us for. We will not use your data for marketing unless you have given explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure), contract (delivering services you have engaged us for), or consent (where you have opted in to communications).
Client data
Where we handle personal data on behalf of clients as part of a consultancy, development or hosting engagement, we do so as a processor under a written agreement with that client, and the client's own privacy notice applies.
